Capita City is one of the greatest organised crime hotspots on the East Coast. Run by ruthless Street Gangs and Mafia Families. A hotspot of Violence, Crime and Corruption. Will you come to Capita City to try and stop the violence in the Police Force? Will you join one of the gangs and join the power struggle for the City? Or will you attempt to stay in the shadows, avoiding the violence and living a normal life?
