Where the grass is green, the streets are safe and business is booming. Especially one business.[/size] Juniper Corporation (a genetics company) has been around since the 60's. When a new virus broke out in the 70's, they were the first to develop an antidote. The cure was administered and for a while everything went back to normal.
Until 2005. The first report came out in January; a woman started a fire without even touching a thing. The reports that followed were even more frightening. A teenage boy who teleported. A young man who phased through a wall. A young girl who liquified her school chair.
By 2008, the Juniper Corporation caught on. To counteract this strange phenomenon, they would need to infect these enhanced with the original virus that nearly killed their parents.
So then began the Vervain Underground to help those enhanced. For those with abilities, time's running out. Juniper's getting closer and closer and if they don't learn how to use their powers now, they'll be sitting ducks.[/ul][/blockquote][/size]
